This role is all about keeping things organised and running like clockwork, ensuring that repair invoices are accurate and customer ready.
* Review and process repair invoices to make sure they are accurate and complete.
* Collaborate with our 24 branch network, responding to inquiries and providing top-notch support.
* Organise, analyse, and act on check-in and check-out sheets to resolve discrepancies.
* Handle general administrative duties and keep our Fleet Quality department running efficiently.
* Support customers and colleagues with repair history and recharge queries.
