Job Description
Working under the guidance of the Technical Services Manager, you will contribute to the daily duties of work, providing general building maintenance in areas such as Mechanical, Electrical, and Fabric.
Your role will be essential in supporting the small, multi-disciplinary Building Services Team, and you will also be part of the on-call response team.

Key Responsibilities
1. Support the achievement of a ‘Best in Class’ approach to Engineering and Fabric services including those provided through supplier organisations
2. Carry out Planned Maintenance as instructed by the MTL/FM
3. Become competent in the operation of the sites Building Management and Planned maintenance computer systems.
4. Carry out reactive maintenance as instructed by Site Management
5. Assist in resolving maintenance issues raised by retailers
6. Assist the other maintenance staff as is required
7. Assist with any training that may be required by other staff
8. Liaise with Contractors, giving assistance as is agreed by the FM/SFM
9. Over see the working of Contractors as is required by the FM/SFM
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
10. NVQ level 3 and higher in Electrical qualification
11. City & Guilds 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations (BS:7671:2008)
12. City & Guilds or equivalent qualification in Inspection & Testing (2394/5)
13. JIB Accredited
14. IPAF
15. Previous experience of building maintenance within a Service Industry
16. Good organisational skills
17. Good level of IT skills
