About the Role
Bright Horizons are looking for a commercially driven Growth Marketing Lead to take ownership of demand and occupancy across a portfolio of nursery settings. This is not a traditional marketing role focused on campaigns alone. You will operate as a growth partner to operational leaders, using data, local insight, and hands‑on execution to increase enquiries, improve conversion, and drive occupancy. You’ll be responsible for identifying where growth is being missed—and putting clear, practical plans in place to fix it at site level, regional and larger divisional scale.
What You’ll Be Accountable For
* Driving occupancy growth across a defined group of nurseries.
* Owning the end‑to‑end parent journey (enquiry → tour → registration).
* Identifying performance gaps using CRM, data dashboards and local insight.
* Turning insight into practical, locally relevant actions that deliver results.
* Partnering with nursery managers and regional leads to improve conversion and performance.
* Running targeted local activity (campaigns, partnerships, community engagement) where needed.
* Managing and optimising budgets to maximise return on investment.
* Regularly reviewing performance and making clear, commercially focused recommendations.
What Success Looks Like In This Role
* You focus on outcomes, not just activity.
* You’re comfortable working with performance data and making decisions from it.
* You can quickly identify what’s driving (or blocking) growth in a local market.
* You take ownership and see things through to measurable impact.
* You can confidently work with and influence non‑marketing stakeholders.

* Experience working across multiple sites, regions or markets.
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into action.
* Understanding of digital channels (paid search, paid social, local marketing).
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously in a field‑based role.
Data Analysis and Insight
* Use approved systems such as CRM, Qlik & internal Bright Horizons processes to improve & report effectively to drive the best returns & optimise growth within nurseries.

Parent Acquisition Journey Ownership
* Develop and implement local, regional or divisional strategies to address gaps in the customer journey from CRM related insight to nursery performance.

* Develop tailored strategies to address specific local and regional challenges and opportunities through marketing plans for those chosen settings.
* Effective budget management to maximise returns on investment.
* Collaborate with the centralised marketing team to develop and implement local marketing campaigns where necessary.
Behaviours & Continuous Development
* Identify opportunities for process improvement & lead cross‑functional teams to deliver process improvement.
* Identify opportunities for continuous professional development, in line with business needs.
