Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-organised and efficient workspace.
* Handle incoming calls and emails with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
* Assist in the preparation of reports and documents using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
* Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary to ensure availability.
* Provide clerical support including typing, filing, and document management.
* General office and administration tasks
Experience
* Previous office experience is essential, with a strong background in administrative roles preferred.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
* Demonstrated clerical experience that showcases your ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
