An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Veterinary Surgeon to join a friendly and enthusiastic practice in Cheshire. You will be joining a close-knit team which is made up of 7 Veterinary Surgeons (two of which are certificate holders), 7 RVN's and a team of 6 Receptionists. You will work closely with this team to help provide the best standard of care for their patients.
The reputable RCVS first opinion practice is a purpose-built small animal practice situated in a beautiful industrial town in Cheshire, with excellent commutable access to cities such as Liverpool and Manchester. As well as the great location, they also offer several fantastic facilities including two operating theatres, in-house laboratory, tonometry, imaging rooms, separate dog and cat wards, digital x-rays, and Ultrasounds. The cat friendly clinic also has an established client base which ensures that every day will not be the same.
The role would suit a vet who enjoys all aspects of first opinion practice. The successful candidate will need excellent communication skills and enjoy dealing with clients. In return our client will of-fer a supportive clinic with opportunities to further and develop your career.
The Rota:
• Full time role - 40 hours per week (part time hours would be considered)
• 4.5 day week - 9am - 7pm with a half day each week
• Morning sessions are a mix of operating and consulting from 9am-12pm with 1-hour admin at the end of the morning. Afternoon consultations start at 2pm and run through until 6.30pm with half an hour admin built in
• Share of bank holidays
• 1:3 Saturday mornings (9am-12pm) with breakfast included and toil given back the following Friday afternoon
