Role Overview
OMODA Chery UK is seeking a Regional Aftersales Manager to lead and enhance aftersales performance across the dealer network. This role is critical to ensuring high customer uptime, service quality, and dealer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and escalate Customer VORs (Vehicle Off Road) to maximize uptime
* Work closely with dealers on technical support, training, and coaching
* Monitor and report product quality and performance issues
* Develop and roll out aftersales programs (Roadside Assistance, Service Plans, Warranty, Bodyshop)
* Oversee dealer service agreements, campaigns, and SLA performance
* Conduct regular dealer visits to review KPIs, service quality, parts, and compliance
* Track financial KPIs to grow revenue while controlling costs
* Prepare management reports and executive presentations
