A progressive, sustainability-focused Construction & Property Consultancy is on the lookout for an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its growing Plymouth team and lead on high-impact, private sector projects.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a career-driven Senior Quantity Surveyor to step into a high-impact role within a nationally respected firm with over 50 years of success and a growing footprint across the UK.
You'll lead on a varied portfolio of schemes, including student accommodation, bespoke residential, and private developments, while supporting the consultancy's expansion into education, hotels, blue light, and defence sectors.
As the third Senior Quantity Surveyor in a close-knit team, you'll work alongside two Chartered professionals, gaining direct access to leadership, meaningful responsibility, and real autonomy. With a flat structure and merit-based progression, you'll be trusted to deliver, develop, and thrive.
This role is ideal for a Quantity Surveyor ready to step up to Senior level, or for an established Senior Quantity Surveyor seeking more flexibility, leadership exposure, and values-driven culture in a dynamic South West environment.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor - Requirements
Degree in Quantity Surveying, RICS accredited
UK based Quantity Surveying experience with a Consultancy is a MUST
Strong Pre & Post Contract Experience

Able to commute to Plymouth 2-3 days per weekWhat's on offer?
