As a Financial Services Administrator, you will play a vital role in the smooth running of the firm, supporting advisers throughout the full client lifecycle. The position offers exposure to a wide range of financial planning activities and the opportunity to develop within a reputable advisory environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing comprehensive administrative support to Financial Advisers
* Preparing and processing client documentation, including new business, reviews, and valuations
* Managing client records accurately using CRM and back office systems
* Liaising with investment platforms, providers, and third parties
* Handling client enquiries professionally via phone and email
* Ensuring compliance with FCA regulations and internal procedures
* Supporting meeting preparation, including suitability letters and reports
Person Specification
* Previous experience in a financial services or IFA administration role is essential
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
* Confident communicator with a professional, client‑focused approach
* Comfortable working with multiple deadlines and priorities
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
* Experience using financial services platforms and back office systems is advantageous
