We are looking for an Apprentice Parts Advisor to join our small, dynamic team. Reporting to the Parts Manager, you will learn to play a key role in ensuring customers and Technicians have the right parts exactly when they need them.
You will learn to:
* Coordinate parts sales to maintain seamless availability for customers and Technicians.
* Engage with customers both in person and over the phone, handling enquiries professionally and efficiently.
* Work closely with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
* Serve parts to in-house and retail customers.
* Manage stock deliveries and collections, including some lifting and carrying.
* Understand customer needs and provide tailored product/service recommendations.

Key Information:
* Working Pattern: Mon - Fri 8:30am – 5:30pm, Saturdays 08:00am - 12:00pm
