About the Role We are seeking a Global Sourcing and Network Manager to grow, lead, and manage a global network of agents and real estate partners responsible for supplying high-quality, timely, and accurate cost-of-living and rental market data worldwide. This role involves overseeing and nurturing relationships across 500 cities in nearly 200 countries, ensuring a robust, reliable, and scalable on-the-ground data collection capacity that supports the company's mission and operational excellence. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Agent Network Management Develop, maintain, and optimise a global network of local agents collecting cost-of-living and mobility-related data. Recruit and onboard new agents in underrepresented or newly prioritised locations. Provide training, resources, and ongoing support to ensure consistency and accuracy. Real Estate Partner Management Build and manage partnerships with local estate agents or relocation professionals in target cities in conjunction with the Mobility Costing team. Maintain a vetted and diverse pool of local rental market experts with regular updates on conditions and trends. Vendor oversight Track performance metrics (response rate, data quality, turnaround time) for individual contributors and the network as a whole. Define and enforce quality standards, deliverables, and timelines alongside other Data teams. Design incentives, compensation models, and SLAs to ensure agent engagement and reliability. Regularly audit data sources and agent submissions to uphold compliance and methodological standards. Manage relationships with external data vendors to source information used in ECA data. Coverage Strategy Support Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and grow coverage to new locations. Propose and implement changes to the network to match evolving strategic goals. Process & System Development Contribute to the design and refinement of tools and platforms used by the agent network (e.g., data entry portals, communication tools). Maintain documentation, guidelines, and FAQs to scale network support. Work in an AI-first environment, leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency and scale, where it is secure, accurate, and reliable. The Ideal Candidate: Required Skills and Experience: Proven experience managing a geographically distributed network (e.g., research panels, freelance contributors, vendors). Strong vendor or stakeholder management skills across cultural and geographic boundaries. Exceptional communication and organisational skills. Analytical mindset with attention to data integrity and consistency. Ability to work independently and prioritize competing demands in a fast-moving, global environment. Desirable: Understanding of panel recruitment and retention strategies. Familiarity with CRM or vendor management systems. Multilingual capabilities or international work/living experience. Familiarity with real estate markets, particularly from an expatriate or corporate housing perspective.
