Role Description
The Office Coordinator will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and reception services to support the efficient operation of the food bank. Key responsibilities include managing reception duties, supporting staff and volunteers, coordinating relationships with referrers, managing client voucher and other data systems, handling supplies and finances, and providing administrative support to the Director of Operations.
Qualifications
* Proven administrative assistance and office equipment management skills.
* Demonstrable professional phone etiquette and customer service abilities.
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Studied to degree level or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
* Experience in a similar role is a plus.
