The Role
We are looking for a Womenswear Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for managing key customer relationships—including Next—and working closely with our talented design team across jersey, woven, and denim product categories. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving sales, ensuring smooth communication between our UK and Bangladesh teams, and helping to shape the future of our womenswear division.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and develop relationships with key retail partners, ensuring strong commercial partnerships.
* Work closely with our designers to align product development with customer needs and market trends.
* Oversee sales strategies and drive business growth across the womenswear category.
* Ensure seamless communication between UK and Bangladesh teams.
* Use strong organisational and numerical skills to manage sales performance, forecasting, and reporting.
* Stay ahead of market trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
* Travel overseas as required to visit customers and suppliers.
About You
* Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in the fashion industry (retail or supplier side).
* Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the UK womenswear market.
* Communication Skills: Confident liaising with internal teams and external partners across different time zones.
* Organisational & Analytical: Able to manage multiple projects, sales figures, and market insights efficiently.
