The Role
As Sous Chef, you will work closely with our Head Chef to:
* Support the day-to-day running of the kitchen
* Lead and inspire the team in delivering consistently high standards
* Contribute to menu development with creativity and flair
* Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards
* Ensure smooth service across restaurant, bar, and events
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has previous experience at Junior Sous or Sous Chef level
* Is passionate about fresh, seasonal food
* Thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment
* Demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills
* Takes pride in presentation and consistency
