We’re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Senior Account Executive to join our award-winning team and help deliver high-impact communications campaigns for some of the most innovative brands in B2B and technology.

About the Role


As a Senior Account Executive, you’ll support the delivery of integrated PR and communications programmes across a portfolio of B2B and technology clients.


You’ll gain exposure across media relations, content creation, campaign execution, reporting, and client account support, while developing a strong understanding of how integrated communications programmes are built and delivered.


This is a hybrid role based in London or Tunbridge Wells, combined with home working.


Your Responsibilities


* Support the day-to-day running of client accounts, helping ensure work is delivered to a high standard and on time
* Draft content including press releases, comments, case studies, social content, briefing documents, and media materials
* Build relationships with journalists and support proactive media outreach
* Identify reactive opportunities, newsjacking moments, and relevant industry conversations
* Monitor media coverage and support reporting with clear insights and analysis
* Support thought leadership and executive profiling activity
* Contribute ideas during brainstorms, planning sessions, and wider agency discussions
* Support integrated campaigns across PR, content, digital, and social channels
* Assist with new business research, media lists, credentials, and pitch preparation
* Maintain accurate client documentation, media databases, and reporting materials
* Manage multiple deadlines and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Work collaboratively across the wider team and contribute positively to agency culture


What We’re Looking For



* Demonstrable experience in a PR agency or communications role (2+ years of experience), ideally with a B2B background
* Strong writing, communication, and organisational skills
* Genuine interest in media, current affairs, business, and technology
* Nimble and adaptable, with the ability to react quickly to new opportunities and reprioritise your day as needed - thriving in the ever-changing nature of PR
* Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
* Positive, collaborative, and solutions-focused mindset
* Confidence working in a fast-paced, hybrid agency environment
* Enthusiasm for building a long-term career in PR and communications
