* Degree – A 2:2 or above in any subject.
* Communication – Clear and confident verbal and written communication.
* Enhanced DBS – Must hold or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS certificate. Enhanced DBS checks are suitable for people working with children and other eligible roles, depending on the duties involved.
* Desire to work in education/with children – Genuine interest in supporting pupil progress and wellbeing.
