We have a permanent, full time position available with a competitive pay and benefits package including a starting salary of £38,656 pro rata per year, rising to £41,777 pro rata per year after key competencies of the role are met.
The role of Project Manager is a pivotal role as they are responsible for the successful delivery of the business projects and are accountable for the co-ordination and effective delivery of strategic and business change projects that make up the wider change programme.
To be successful in the role of Project Manager you will have 3 years previous experience of project management and be educated to Degree level, holding a project management qualification, Prince II or equivalent as well as having skills below:
* Good judgment with knowledge and experience to make the right decision
* Resilient in an environment of conflicting and complex demands
* Organised in your approach to work with great attention to detail
* Effective communication skills to be able to provide solution focused advice and support.
* Ability to build meaningful relationships and partnerships, will colleagues at all levels of the business, based on mutual trust and accountability.
* A change agent that can successfully influence and implement change with exceptional colleague engagement.
* A strong level of IT literacy, in particular the use of Microsoft Teams/Office plus other subject related systems/databases.
