Senior Technical Programme Manager (Hard FM) Location: No Fixed Place (ROI) Contract: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: Competitive, based on experience We have an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced Senior Technical Programme Manager to join our Schools & Universities PPP Operations team. In this key role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of a €3-€4 million annual pipeline of lifecycle and capital projects across a high-profile portfolio. About the Role You will lead the planning, execution, and governance of lifecycle and capital works, ensuring alignment with client goals, budget expectations, and regulatory standards. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external contractors, you will manage technical risk, compliance, and programme timelines while promoting best practice in health and safety and project delivery.
