Role overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lettings Branch Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our lettings branch and driving business growth through high-quality customer service, efficient operations, and effective team management.
Responsibilities:
* Managing day-to-day operations of the lettings branch
* Delivering excellent customer service to tenants and landlords
* Driving business growth through effective marketing and sales strategies
* Managing a small team of staff
* Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations and an understanding of all knowledge of tenancy related legislation
* Meeting and exceeding set KPIs and targets
* Providing regular reports to senior management
* Carry out valuations and win instructions
* Motivating the team and helping to move the business forward
Requirements:
* At least 2 years of experience in lettings management
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong leadership and team management abilities
* Sound knowledge of lettings regulations
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets
* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
* Experience in sales and marketing would be an advantage
* Have a good attention to detail mindset
* Excellent administration and organisation skills
* Ideally ARLA qualified but not essential
* You must have a full driver's license and vehicle
