Responsibilities
* Designing and delivering blended learning programmes for early careers and experienced professionals, both online and in person.
* Reviewing and refreshing existing training content to maintain relevance, accuracy, and compliance with current standards.
* Converting business needs into practical learning experiences.
* Identifying skill gaps and implementing targeted training to support capability growth.
* Collaborating with technical experts and senior leaders to co‑create innovative learning solutions and expand professional network.
Qualifications
* Ability to translate complex technical concepts into engaging learning content.
* Project management skills to ensure delivery of own work within agreed timeframes.
* Self‑motivated and able to work on own initiative.
* Driving force in innovating and leveraging digital technology tools.
* CIA or ACA/CA qualified with good knowledge of Risk and Governance systems and processes.
