Our client is a well-established and trusted leader in their field, looking to welcome an experienced and proactive HR professional into their People & Culture team on a Fixed Term contract for an initial 3 months. Based in Whiteley, Hampshire, this role is paying £35K - £40K FTE, alongside an excellent benefits package this is not an opportunity to be missed! Some of the things you will be involved in; Provide expert support and coaching to line managers across a wide range of HR matters Develop, review, and update HR policies and processes Oversee and administer the full employee lifecycle Create and update job descriptions across the business Support the preparation and coordination of payroll information The ideal candidate will have: Proven experience in a similar HR or People & Culture role within a fast-paced environment CIPD Level 5 qualification would be preferred A proactive and flexible approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team Company Benefits: Salary up to £40,000 (FTE) Excellent benefits package Plus, so much more!
