About the Role:
You'll lead and teach across Key Stages 3 and 4, delivering engaging lessons and supporting the growth of computing across the school. A strong grasp of programming, systems architecture, and e-safety is essential.
Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of Computer Science staff and drive curriculum development.
* Deliver high-quality computing lessons that inspire digital confidence.
* Monitor achievement and implement data-driven improvement strategies.
* Promote inclusive, modern digital learning practices.
What We're Looking For:
* QTS and a specialism in Computer Science.
* Strong subject knowledge and leadership experience.
* Excellent planning, communication, and data analysis skills.
* Suitable for experienced teachers ready for a step into middle leadership.
