As a Brand Designer at SaleCycle, you will be responsible for overseeing design projects, creating original illustrations and infographics and ensuring high-quality deliverables. You will work closely with the content, paid and event stakeholders to develop campaign concepts, create marketing assets, design beautiful event booths and define our social media look and feel. You will have strong expertise in graphic design, layout techniques, and marketing execution. Design is extremely important for our company's success, so your role is critical in achieving our business goals and objectives. What you will do Developing compelling campaign concepts that align with the company's brand and marketing objectives Designing a variety of marketing assets, including whitepapers, eBooks, case studies, ads, event booths and social media posts (motion design is a plus) Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, event and sales stakeholders, to ensure the visual representation aligns with overall campaign goals Leading the creative direction for marketing initiatives and ensuring consistency across all channels Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise SaleCycle’s conversion suite Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects Liaise between content and growth stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance design strategies Your profile 5 years of experience in marketing design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work across different mediums Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Demonstrated experience in developing successful campaign concepts and executing end-to-end design projects Strong understanding of brand guidelines and the ability to maintain consistency in design across various platforms Attention to visual details Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts to cross-functional teams Ability to understand marketing metrics to measure success against key KPIs Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team Webflow and Motion design experiences are a plus Location: Hybrid position based in Newcastle upon Tyne or Paris.
