Your role What you'll be doing Senior Manager, Sales Transformation Your Role Corpay seeks a Manager of Sales Transformation to join our Central Commercial Team, supporting the International Vehicle Payments division. In this role, you will be responsible for deploying high-impact commercial projects directly into our local Sales, Marketing, and Credit organizations across Europe, UK, Australia, New Zealand, and Mexico. You will act as an execution arm of the central team, ensuring that strategic initiatives are not just designed, but effectively embedded and adopted by frontline teams What You’ll Be Doing You will work within the central commercial function to operationalize our strategy. Your focus will be on "the how"—taking central concepts for sales efficiency and AI enablement and making them work in practice for local markets. You will partner closely with local Sales, Marketing, and Credit leadership to identify bottlenecks, deploy new capabilities, and drive commercial excellence. Key Responsibilities Commercial Coverage & Segmentation: Sales Model Optimization: Analyze and refine our customer segmentation and coverage models. You will use data to ensure the right sales resources are focused on the right opportunities. Client Profiling & Targeting: Leverage your analytical background to build smarter client profiling frameworks. Help local teams identify high-potential accounts and tailor their outreach based on data-driven "Visual DNA" of our customer base. Lead-to-Revenue Efficiency: Work across the funnel—from Marketing lead gen to Credit approval—to identify and remove friction points that slow down revenue velocity Deployment of Transformation Projects: Initiative Rollout: Lead and/or support the planning and execution of sales transformation projects, from problem definition through to implementation and adoption. AI & Process Automation: Act as the project lead for deploying AI tools and automation within the sales motion. Identify manual tasks (e.g., in prospecting or reporting) that can be automated to free up selling time. Change Management: Ensure that new processes stick. Contribute to the creation of playbooks and enablement assets, and support structures necessary for local teams to adopt new ways of working. Analytics & Performance Tracking: Commercial KPIs: Define and track the success metrics for transformation initiatives. You will move beyond basic reporting to provide deep-dive analysis on why certain initiatives are succeeding or failing. Governance: Support the central governance routine by preparing clear, data-backed updates for leadership on the progress of deployment efforts Collaboration with Local Sales & Knowledge Sharing: Best Practices: Act as a bridge between central teams and local markets, capture best practices, lessons learned from initiatives and help scale them across relevant markets. Standardisation: Support the creation of shared standards, tools, and documentation to improve consistency and efficiency across the sales organsation. Capabilities & Experience: Experience: ~4-6 years of experience in Sales Strategy, Commercial Operations, or Management Consulting. Execution Focus: Proven ability to deploy projects into complex organizations. You are comfortable working with diverse stakeholders (Sales, Credit, Marketing) to drive adoption. Analytical Toolkit: Strong proficiency in data analysis is essential. Experience with Python or similar tools is a plus. Strategic Capability: Experience with segmentation analysis, client profiling, or sales coverage models is a strong plus. Education: MBA preferred; background in Economics, Finance, or a quantitative discipline.
