Homes for Students, the UK's largest independent provider of Student Accommodation, is currently seeking a General Manager for Globeworks in Birmingham. The role is a full‑time position (40 hours per week) scheduled from 9.00am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
About the Role
As our General Manager, you will be the driving force behind an exceptional student living experience. You will work closely with your team to ensure top‑notch customer service across sales, maintenance, and housekeeping, while embedding our core values and empowering staff to excel.
The pinnacle of excitement arrives in September when you will take charge of the check‑in, check‑out, and room turnaround process. Your communication skills will shine as you support new students and efficiently manage any customer or operational issues that arise.

What We're Looking For
