Work closely with the wider Project Management & Leadership (PML) team to integrate M&E delivery into the broader project scope. Liaise effectively with the client and their representatives, maintaining strong working relationships throughout the project lifecycle. Manage and coordinate M&E subcontractors, ensuring smooth on-site delivery and adherence to safety and compliance standards. Lead and document QA processes for M&E installation. Drive the commissioning process, ensuring systems are fully tested and operational to specification. Monitor and manage M&E costs in collaboration with the commercial team. Requirements: Strong background in both mechanical and electrical systems management. Previous experience delivering M&E packages on healthcare or similarly complex, regulated environments. SMSTS certification is essential. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
