Client Support & Engagement Specialist

Location: Borough & Remote (just 2 mins from Borough Station)
Contract: Temporary (with potential to go permanent)
Rate: £18ph - £20ph (depending on experience)
Hours: Full Time | Mon-Fri | 10am-6pm
What You'll Be Doing:
* Manage a portfolio of clients, driving employee engagement across programmes
* Own and resolve client queries, working closely with frontline customer service
* Understand client goals and tailor support to meet their needs
* Create and edit content for campaigns and engagement initiatives
* Host calls and webinars to educate clients on programme usage
* Troubleshoot issues and identify opportunities to boost engagement
* Collaborate with the London-based Account Director to deliver outstanding results
What You'll Bring:
* 3-5 years' experience in Client Success, Support, or Relationship Management
* Strong communication skills - written, verbal, and interpersonal
* Proactive mindset with great problem-solving skills
* Confidence using PowerPoint and Excel
* Ability to juggle multiple clients and priorities with ease
* A love for learning new tools and working in a fast-paced environment
