Support Administrator
My client is a well-established service provider dedicated to delivering outstanding service and ongoing support to its customers. Based in Camberly, Surrey, the business is growing and is now looking to appoint a proactive, highly organised Support Administrator to join their busy and supportive office team.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and administer annual service contracts
* Schedule reactive maintenance call-outs and remedial works
* Manage diaries and appointments for engineers and surveyors
* Handle incoming and outgoing telephone and email communications
* Maintain and update internal databases and records accurately
* Prepare reports, presentations, and general documentation as required
* Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support to the wider team
* Support with data entry and document control tasks
Skills & Experience Required
* Minimum of 1 years’ experience in an administrative or customer service role
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload
* Confident user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Excellent communication skills and professional telephone manner
* Comfortable working with scheduling systems and digital databases
* GCSEs or equivalent qualifications preferred
