Customer Success / Account Manager – Automotive Industry
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Success / Account Manager. This role is key in maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring satisfaction, and driving retention while identifying new opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
* Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to existing clients
* Generate leads for new products within the existing customer base
* Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and keep information up to date
* Provide sales administration support as required
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related role, ideally within the automotive industry
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers and collaborate with internal teams
* Excellent analytical skills to assess customer data and provide tailored solutions
* Customer support expertise with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
* Ability to work independently, managing time and priorities effectively
