Position Details
Role: Specialty Psychiatrist – Neurodevelopmental Conditions
Location: Hybrid (with some office presence in Basingstoke)
Salary: Up to £70,000 per annum (Pro Rata for 0.6 FTE)
Hours: Part Time (22.5 hours/week) | Full Time Considered

Conduct Autism and ADHD clinical assessments (virtually) and manage follow-up appointments
Oversee ADHD medication titration when required
Participate in referral meetings and provide clinical duty cover
Allocate time for PDP and clinical supervision
Produce high-quality clinical reports in a timely manner
Contribute to and lead MDT meetings
Maintain thorough and accurate documentation
Champion high standards of care and risk management across the serviceIdeal Candidate:
Fully registered and licensed Psychiatrist with specialty experience in neurodevelopmental conditions
Skilled in virtual assessment and diagnosis for ADHD and Autism
Excellent understanding of safeguarding and clinical risk
Compassionate, person-centred approach with a passion for improving outcomes for neurodivergent individuals
Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary teamBenefits Include:
