Key Responsibilities
* Provide strategic leadership and management for the school
* Drive improvement in teaching, learning, and pupil progress
* Lead, support, and develop staff to achieve their full potential
* Ensure the highest standards of safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
* Manage budgets, resources, and staffing effectively
* Build strong relationships with parents, carers, governors, and external partners
* Promote inclusion and champion the needs of pupils with SEND
* Represent the school within the wider community and across partnerships
Qualifications and Experience
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Extensive senior leadership experience, ideally within SEND or special school settings
* Proven record of driving school improvement and raising standards
* Excellent understanding of SEND legislation and inclusive education practices
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to inspire, motivate, and manage staff at all levels
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
