Job Description
Electrical Supervisor – salary £34,703, permanent position, onsite work. Location, Anglesey. Pension, Training & enhanced leave allowance available.
Responsibilities:
* As an Electrical Supervisor, you will supervise complex aircraft maintenance activities, work independently using approved technical data and instructions, and ensure compliance with our Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE).
* Provide flexibility during peak flying periods by supporting the flying task during the busiest parts of the day.
* Undertake Out-of-Phase (OOP) maintenance tasks during aircraft turnarounds.
* Assist aircrew with crew-in rectification to ensure operational readiness.
* Make decisions and take actions within authorised limits, based on trade, experience, and competence.
Required experience:
* Proven experience in a supervisory role, fully competent with all required authorities in place.
* Completion of an Engineering Apprenticeship, ideally in Aeronautical Engineering or a military equivalent.
* Minimum academic qualification: City & Guilds 2675 or 2661 in Aeronautical Engineering and Maintenance, or an equivalent certification.
