As the business continues to grow, we are seeking an Office Manager who can lead the team, drive performance, and uphold the company’s customer‑first values. £30,000 pa plus incentives and monthly bonus payments Working Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm plus Saturdays 9am-5pm with one day off in lieu Temporary to permanent contract Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the Lutterworth retail office Support colleagues in completing their daily tasks and achieving sales targets Manage administrative duties, including processing booking amendments and customer requests Handle incoming telephone enquiries and process calls efficiently and professionally Create and update customer files in the in‑house AGENT system Manage banking procedures and accurately process cash and credit card payments Ensure full compliance with data protection regulations Source promotional offers for posters, online content, and window displays Maintain a well‑stocked and up‑to‑date brochure room Order new brochures as required to ensure continuous availability Deliver exceptional customer service in line with company standards Attend training courses, supplier events, and promotional evenings to enhance knowledge Stay up to date with colleagues’ enquiries and assist where needed Maintain a tidy, safe, and well‑organised personal workspace and office environment Develop product knowledge for all authorised suppliers and partners Respond to customer enquiries within agreed timeframes Understand and adhere to health and safety regulations Gain familiarity with tour operator systems, policies, and booking processes Monitor stationery supplies and place orders as needed to ensure adequate stock levels
