Pay Rate: £17.00 per hour
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 16:30
We are currently recruiting three Cable Harness Assemblers to join our client's manufacturing facility based in Nuneaton. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a well‑established business specialising in the production of high‑quality cable harnesses.
Role Overview
The successful candidates will be responsible for the manufacture of wire and cable harnesses using board‑based assembly techniques, ensuring all work is completed accurately and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Manufacturing wire and cable harnesses using harness boards
* Crimping wires using hand tools and fitting a range of connectors
* Soldering components using on‑site equipment
* Reading and interpreting wiring diagrams and technical drawings
* Maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and attention to detail
* Adhering to health, safety, and quality procedures at all times
Essential Skills & Experience
* Previous experience within manufacturing, wiring, or cable harness assembly
* Good manual dexterity and hand‑eye coordination
* Strong attention to detail and a quality‑focused approach
* Harness board experience
* Knowledge of connectors and cable assemblies
This role would suit candidates with experience in electrical assembly, cable harnessing, or similar production environments.
