Brewer Morris has partnered with a trusted client on a confidential search for an Assistant Tax Manager to join the business in Kingston upon Thames, London.
Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Preparing tax disclosures for individual financial statements of UK entities together with corporate tax returns for submission to HMRC.
2. Preparing tax disclosures and supporting workings and memos for the year-end financial statements of the consolidated Groups.
3. Involvement in various tax matters including the Senior Accounting Officer (SAO) rules, transfer pricing, CbCR and Pillar Two reporting.
4. Overseeing outsourced direct tax compliance in certain overseas countries, as required.
5. Assist the Senior Tax Manager in providing ad-hoc tax support and advice to the businesses.
Ideally, you are a CTA and/or ACA qualified tax professional with a good understanding of UK corporate tax compliance.

This role is offering £65,-£75, depending on experience plus bonus and benefits. The business follows a hybrid working pattern of 1 day in the office.
