Job Role: Experienced Paralegal OR Junor English-Qualified Lawyer
Location: Essex/London, Brighton, Remote within South or Middle England
1X2 Network, the multi-award winning iGaming supplier, is looking for an experienced paralegal or junior lawyer. Reporting directly to the General Counsel, this role will take ownership of the end-to-end contracts process and play a key role in reviewing, negotiating, and managing a wide range of commercial agreements across the business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their legal career who wants hands‑on responsibility, real deal exposure, and clear progression within a fast‑growing iGaming business.

Key Responsibilities
* Own and manage the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, review, negotiation, execution, and ongoing contract management
* Review and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including supplier, customer, licensing, platform, NDA, partnership, and services agreements
* Act as the first legal point of review for most deals, escalating complex or high‑risk matters to the General Counsel as required
* Maintain and improve contract templates, playbooks, and internal processes
* Track contract status, obligations, renewals, and key commercial/legal terms
* Support the Legal & Compliance function with ad‑hoc legal, regulatory, and corporate matters
* Work closely with internal stakeholders (commercial, product, operations, finance) to ensure contracts reflect business realities while managing legal risk
* Assist in building a scalable legal function as the business and department grow
Requirements & Experience
* Paralegal or law degree (LLB or equivalent); newly qualified lawyers also encouraged to apply
* 1–3 years’ experience in a legal role (in‑house practice preferred)
* Strong understanding of commercial contracts and contract negotiation principles
* Excellent attention to detail with the ability to balance legal risk and commercial pragmatism
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Highly organised, able to manage multiple matters simultaneously and meet deadlines
* Confident working independently while knowing when to elevate issues
* Interest in iGaming, technology, or regulated industries is highly desirable
