What youll do
* Sell bespoke holidays and deliver outstanding service to new and returning clients
* Use your regional expertise to design detailed, high-quality itineraries
* Stay sharp on product through research, competitor insight, and travel
* Work closely with Service, Product, and Marketing to keep our offering best-in-class
* Support the Region Manager with team development, training, and recruitment
* Take on product responsibility for one or two countries as the team grows
What you bring
* Genuine passion and strong knowledge of Asia & Australasia
* Experience in travel sales or a related role (25 years ideal)
* Strong communication, organisation, and a personable, driven approach
* Ability to deliver high-quality work at pace
* Experience living or travelling extensively in the region is a bonus
