Skilled Labourer / Handyman - Long-Term Housing Site Work Location: Wynyard, Stockton-on-Tees Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 - 16:30 Rate: £17.25 per hour (CIS payment available) We are currently seeking a Skilled Labourer / Handyman to join a busy housing development in Wynyard. This is a long-term position offering consistent hours and stability for the right candidate. Role and Responsibilities: Assisting the onsite finisher with day-to-day tasks Carrying out a variety of handyman duties across the site General DIY and repair work as required Ensuring work areas are kept clean and safe Supporting trades and site management where needed Requirements: A valid CSCS card (essential) Previous experience as a handyman, skilled labourer, or in a similar role Strong practical skills and the ability to use basic tools confidently Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Reliability, punctuality, and a proactive work ethic What We Offer: Long-term work on a housing site £17.25 per hour, paid weekly CIS payment available Steady hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 - 16:30 If you are a skilled labourer/handyman looking for stable, ongoing work in the Stockton area, this could be an excellent opportunity.
