Scientific Recruitment Consultant
CK Group is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our successful organization, either in Stevenage or Chesterfield.
This role is suitable for someone with previous experience as a 360 recruitment consultant, including business development and candidate generation.

Responsibilities:
* Business development and client acquisition.
* Sourcing vacancies and researching roles.
* Managing the full recruitment process: job posting, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
* Providing well-briefed, suitable shortlists to clients.
We have a dedicated back-office team supporting onboarding administration, allowing recruiters to focus on client and candidate interactions.
Salary:
£25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. Salary may be negotiable for candidates with additional relevant experience.
Hybrid working available after a six-month training period.

* Proven 360 recruitment experience.
* Business development skills.
* Interest in science.
* Ability to work hybrid after probation.
* Willingness to travel.
* Experience in engineering recruitment is a plus.
