As we continue to grow, we are looking for experienced professionals who understand the transport and dispatch environment and can help us maintain high operational standards.

Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Information Technology Support Specialist with prior experience working with iCabbi, ideally in a customer support or operational support capacity.

This is a remote role based in the UK. You will be responsible for providing technical support to internal teams, resolving system-related issues, supporting dispatch operations, and ensuring the smooth running of our IT systems, with a strong focus on iCabbi.

The ideal candidate will already understand how iCabbi works in a live dispatch environment and be comfortable supporting users across different departments.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide first and second-line technical support across the organisation

* Act as a primary support contact for iCabbi-related issues

* Troubleshoot system, dispatch, pricing, mapping, and driver app issues within iCabbi

* Manage and resolve help desk tickets in a timely manner

* Support desktop systems and general IT infrastructure

* Liaise with third-party providers where required

* Assist with system configuration, user setup, and operational changes

* Document issues, resolutions, and internal processes

Essential Requirements

* Previous experience working with iCabbi in a customer support, help desk, or operational support role

* Strong understanding of iCabbi dispatch systems and workflows

* Technical support and troubleshooting experience

* Experience supporting desktop computers and IT systems

* Strong problem-solving skills

* Clear and professional communication skills

* Ability to work independently in a remote environment

* Based in the UK with the right to work

* Experience working within the private hire or taxi industry

* Familiarity with driver apps and booking platforms

* Experience supporting multi-site or high-volume operations
