Job Duties

* Ensure compliance with national pharmacy standards and Responsible Pharmacist legislation.
* Support staff supervision, training, and performance management within the aseptic team.
* Prepare worksheets, labels, and documentation for sterile medicine production processes.
* Monitor environmental conditions to ensure safe aseptic manufacturing standards are maintained.
* Participate in accreditation programmes and maintain continuous professional development portfolios.
* Act as a mentor and role model for junior pharmacy staff within the department.
* Support service improvement initiatives within oncology and aseptic pharmacy services.
* Ensure accurate and safe dispensing and labelling practices across pharmacy operations.
Job Requirements
* Registered Pharmacy Technician with the General Pharmaceutical Council required.
* Experience working in aseptic pharmacy services or oncology settings is required.
* Knowledge of chemotherapy preparation and sterile manufacturing procedures is essential.
* Experience supervising pharmacy staff within a clinical or aseptic environment required.
* Strong understanding of pharmacy regulations, standards, and compliance frameworks required.
