Key Responsibilities for a HR Advisor:
Act as the first point of contact for managers and employees seeking HR advice.
Guidance on HR policies, processes, and employee queries.
Acting as a senior point of escalation where required.
Lead and coordinate all ER cases, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, capability and conduct issues.
Conduct and oversee investigations, including interviews, note-taking, and preparing reports.
Deliver HR, ER, and policy-related training sessions for managers and wider teams.
Support monthly payroll processes.
