What do you need to bring to the table? C. 8-12 years’ worth of experience and may come from a Real Estate Fund, Investment Bank or Private Equity background Strong personal attributes and ability to manage upwards Prior industrial/logistics asset management experience is desirable but not essential You will need to have a thirst for learning and be willing to wear multiple hats in a fast-paced environment Detailed orientated and resourceful with the ability to work with speed and accuracy Relationship building capabilities and confidence Second European Language (desirable) Development finance experience (desirable) The role itself: You will be responsible for overseeing and optimising the performance of our client’s investments. This involves developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance asset value, monitoring overall financial performance, preparing necessary analyses and reporting. It also involves oversight of property management, leasing, capex programs and other key asset-related processes. Asset Management: Oversight and management of the processes related to an asset following purchase. This includes leasing, business planning and performance, capital expenditure, property management, customer management, and reporting. It involves oversight of the projects and activities relating to improving the asset, optimizing its performance, and improving its economics. This involves building and maintaining high quality relationships with customers, planning departments, property managers, service providers and other stakeholders to the assets. Strategic Planning: Provide input to the development of acquisition strategies including insight from customers, experience at existing assets, and insight drawn from the local perspective of planning departments, brokers, property managers and other sources of knowledge. Acquisition: Support the acquisition process, as required with insights and expertise from existing assets, markets and customers. Planning & Construction: Provide input to the planning and construction processes to support successful applications and construction projects. Support the planning and construction processes as liaison from the Investment team, ensuring that projects remain aligned with investment underwriting. Finance: Support relevant finance processes including monthly and quarterly financial reporting, valuation, cash flow management, capital project tracking and approvals, LP and other reporting Other details: Salary: £120,000 - £150,000 (DOE) plus a discretionary bonus Location: West-End 1921
