Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + Bonus | £500 Monthly Car Allowance | 22 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays

The Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth by focusing on new business acquisition. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Generating leads and pursuing new business opportunities within the security industry.
* Selling a diverse range of security products and solutions to installation companies.
* Offering full consultations to understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions.
* Conducting product demonstrations and advising customers on the most suitable options for their requirements.
* Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A proven sales background in the security industry, with demonstrable success in achieving and exceeding targets.
* Experience in manufacturing or distribution within the security sector.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to consult and build trust with clients.
* A proactive, results-driven attitude and the ability to work independently.
* Full UK driving license and the flexibility to travel across Scotland.
