Our client a Modern European restaurant with a bar & and a large private dining room is now looking for a Sous Chef.
The restaurant is located between Hackney & Bethnal Green, and this is an ideal role for a Sous Chef keen to be trained and become the next restaurants Head Chef.
Please note that you need to apply only if you can travel to and from Hackney & Bethnal Green.
The restaurant is well known with the local clientele, is serving modern British cuisine with south American and Spanish influence. Everything is made from fresh and using seasonal ingredients.
There is a supportive kitchen team, and the Sous Chef will receive all the training he/she needs to settle down and feel confident about the role.
Work 48 hours per week
The Sous Chef will receive:
£21.00 per hour including Tronc
48 hours per week and paid for all of the hours worked
2 days off per week
