Job overview
The Directorate Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative support for multiple managers and clinicians within the Senior Leadership Team, ensuring efficient and organized service delivery.
Main duties
1. Manage electronic diaries and coordinate appointments and meetings for assigned managers/clinicians.
2. Facilitate and coordinate meetings and events, including planning, agenda preparation, minute-taking, and logistical arrangements.
3. Input staff hours into the health roster system in accordance with payroll deadlines.
4. Provide confidential support to senior staff, including typing reports, correspondence, minutes, and agendas.

Qualifications
* Relevant Level 2 qualification (e.g., RSA, NVQ) or equivalent experience
* GCSE in English and Maths
