Role Summary
Associate Director of Development will help drive the school’s philanthropic vision forward, lead a skilled team of development professionals and play a significant role in major gift fundraising as part of the centenary campaign.
Responsibilities
* Shape and implement a new engagement and fundraising strategy.
* Lead, manage and develop a high‑performing development team.
* Develop compelling cases for support and secure significant gifts.
* Strategically convert existing community engagement into an enduring culture of philanthropy.
* Collaborate closely with the Director of Development and senior school leadership.
Qualifications
* Strong track record in securing significant gifts and building varied development programmes.
* Leadership, insight, energy and a passion for education.
* Experience of working in a UK school environment is not essential but supportive of independent education is required.
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
