We are looking for a Deputy Manager to join out team and help shape the future of the home.
As Deputy Manager, you will support the Registered Manager in overseeing the day-to-day running of the home. Your role will include leading and inspiring a team of care workers to deliver quality, person-centred care for children and young people, many of whom have experienced trauma or disruption in their lives.
This is an exciting opportunity to work closely within a small team where your input will make a difference.

Requirements
* Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
* Experience in a children's residential setting
* Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and leaderships skills
