Requirements of the Building Surveyor: Report-writing skills Project Management skills Minimum of 3 years technical delivery experience within a construction consultancy. Pre- and post-contract experience. Excellent technical writing, client-facing, and communication skills. Proficient in IT software (AutoCAD, MS Project, Outlook, Word, Excel, and bespoke systems).
