Repairs InspectorBromsgrove, Worcestershire £37,960.52 per annum + excellent benefitsPermanent, Full Time Closing Date: 4th May 2026 at 10amInterview Date: Wednesday 13th May - in person interview We now have an opportunity for a Repairs Inspector to join us to inspect, schedule and monitor day to day repairs within occupied and un-occupied homes to bdht standards.The RoleYou will carry out pre-termination and mutual exchange inspections, working closely with operatives, internal teams, contractors and third-party partners to ensure consistently high levels of customer satisfaction.You will maintain financial and statistical records for reports including those required by the Trust's Board and ensure the Trusts stock condition database is updated and maintained on a regular basis.About YouWe are looking for a customer focussed individual with experience of working within the construction industry - ideally within the Residential Social Landlord sector. You'll have demonstrable experience diagnosing, scheduling and managing repair works and ideally hold an HNC/HND minimum in Building Construction.
