Onboarding Analyst
As an Onboarding Analyst, you will be responsible for getting new clients up and running on our platform. Working with a team of analysts and software developers, you will analyse client data, validate analytics, and configure the product to meet their specific needs, ensuring they can rely on the platform to run their business effectively. Every client has a unique setup, which makes every onboarding project a unique challenge.
Analysing trade portfolios to identify the data needed for calculations.
Testing the product for each new client to ensure analytics are accurate.
You'll tackle complex and ever-changing problems while building advanced knowledge of derivatives markets and margin models.
You'll join a supportive team eager to nurture your development and offer new opportunities at every stage.
You'll interact with and learn from people across various functions, including relationship management, software development, and product strategy.
Experience in a bank, hedge fund, asset manager, or fintech.
Experience in a customer-facing role, with a track record of building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
A degree in a quantitative or analytical field (e.g., Knowledge of derivatives markets, products, and risk management, with a desire to deepen this expertise.
Proficiency in data analysis and manipulation using Excel.
Ability to seek help effectively and extract the right information from the right sources.
The capability to engage effectively with software developers and external clients through various forms of communication.
